Skillbook is a feature that sets Levelite apart from other life gamification apps. Skill Books are an AI-powered learning feature in Levelite, allow users to create personalised learning paths on virtually any topic, complete tasks, study with flash cards, ask questions, and test their knowledge through Quiz Battles.
Overview
Skill Books allow users to turn almost any subject they want to learn into a structured learning experience. It allows you to create your own personal skills—literally anything, limited only by your imagination. You can level them up through daily tasks, earn XP, and increase your skill level. For example, if you create a "Master Chef" skill, every task like "learn a new recipe" or "prep a new ingredient" grants you XP for that skill, helping it level up and actually bringing you closer to becoming a master chef in real life. That is what a gamified app should strive for. You can either have AI generate tasks for you automatically or create tasks manually to fit your personal goals.
To create a Skill Book, users provide a title and description explaining what they want to learn. AI then uses this information to generate a personalised learning path divided into different modules and topics.
As users work through their learning path, they can complete AI-generated tasks, study with flash cards, speak with the Sage, and take Quiz Battles to demonstrate their understanding. Progressing through the content also increases the level of the Skill Book, providing a visual representation of the user's progress and experience with the subject.
Mechanics and Features
Creating a Skill Book: Users can create a Skill Book about virtually any subject by entering a title and description of what they would like to learn. AI uses this information to build a personalised learning path around their chosen subject.
Modules + Topics: Each Skill Book is divided into Modules and Topics , helping break a larger subject into smaller and more manageable areas of study. Modules contain the different topics and activities that make up the user's learning path.
AI-Generated Tasks: Users can create learning tasks within a module. Before generating a task, additional context can be provided to the AI, allowing users to specify what they want to focus on or how they would like to approach the subject. You need 10 tokens to generate tasks using AI.
Daily Tasks: Users can create their own Daily Tasks within their Skill Books, giving them smaller learning activities to complete regularly and helping maintain consistent progress over time. Normally, free accounts are limited to 8 daily tasks. Daily skillbook tasks are separate and won't show up in your personal Daily Tasks section.
Flash Cards: Users can describe a topic they would like to study, and AI will automatically generate a collection of Flash Cards based on it. These can be used to review information and reinforce important concepts.
The Sage: The Sage is an AI learning companion that users can talk to while studying. Users can ask questions about their subject, request explanations, explore concepts in more detail, or get additional help when they are struggling to understand something.
Quiz Battles: Quiz Battles test a user's knowledge of a topic. To successfully complete a topic within a module, users must achieve a score of at least 80% in its Quiz Battle.
Skill Book Levels: As users progress through their learning path and complete activities, their Skill Book will level up, reflecting their continued progress in the subject.
Rewards: Users can receive rewards for their progress in the form of appearance changes such as background, as well as tokens.
You can choose to hide or display your skillbooks on your profile—specifically the skills you feel proud of.

A Skill Book is designed to take users from choosing something they want to learn to demonstrating their understanding of it:
Create a Skill Book → Follow Modules → Complete Tasks → Study & Ask Questions → Pass Quiz Battles → Level Up
Users can approach their learning in different ways, using tasks for structured practice, Flash Cards for revision, the Sage for additional guidance, and Quiz Battles to test what they have learned.
