Overview
Rather than relying solely on gathering materials or completing tasks, users can interact with the app's market through Player Shops. These user-run stores serve as a decentralized marketplace where players can offload excess inventory, turn a profit on valuable goods, and supply others with the exact items they need. It is a vital system for users looking to expedite their progression or find rare materials.
Mechanics and Features
- Setting Up a Shop: Any user can open their own Player Shop by paying 300 Gems one time only if not a premium user and 150 Gems if is a premium user. Once established, the shop owner acts as a merchant, curating which items from their inventory they wish to make available to the public.
- Listing Items: Shop owners have full control over their stock. You can list raw materials, intermediate ingredients, or fully finished products created through Crafting. Players set their own asking prices for the items they list, creating a dynamic, community-led economy.
- Browsing and Buying: Users looking for specific items can visit different Player Shops to browse their current stock. If you are missing a crucial ingredient to finish a recipe or a quest from the Adventure Guild, checking the local Player Shops is often the fastest way to acquire it.
Trivia
- Player Shops are highly influenced by supply and demand! Items required for Crafting and the Adventure Guild often become highly sought after, making it a great time for savvy shop owners to sell their stockpiled resources.
